November 2011 and Aiden turns 5

Tyson and I went on an Antiquing date and found the perfect night stand.  It is the exact same size as our other one, from the same era, had similar lines, but just sightly different which is what I wanted.
I painted it with Annie Sloans Chalk Paint.  Which I love!
Here it is in it's new home.
Nola.
Aiden turned 5 on November 20th.
So we had a Rocket Party.
My Mom used her Cricket to cut out a bunch of rockets, aliens, stars etc.  They were so awesome.
Tyson was a bit skeptical at first.  He didn't think they were worth my time.
But once they were done everyone agreed that they were totally worth it.
Sugar cookies on sticks are way cooler than just sugar cookies.
Even the adults ate them on sticks.

But the favorite thing of the day was the giant bounce house.
They are surprisingly cheap and you have them for 8 hours of pure fun.

 Brynn and Jude.
 Atticus, Asher, and Eve.
Even Nola loved the bounce house.
So there are a couple of pictures of Nola and I on the slide.  Nola would look cute and I would look like this.  I would look cute Nola wouldn't.  Why can't we both look fantastic in the same picture?  Is that too much to ask.  And then what picture to pick?  I self sacrificed, just this once.

Sunday was his actual birthday so he got to open his presents from us that morning.
He was so excited to finally get buzz lightyear.
 See.
 Yep still looking.
And to top off the perfect birthday celebration Nana and Papa flew in that night.
Happy Birthday to our first born.  Can't believe you are 5.

Nola is such a pretty baby! I love seeing pictures of her. Aiden's party looks like it was a lot of fun - five is fabulous!
