Have you ever felt like a Superhero????
For me it only took 3 days, about 8 hours a day
making a Chocolate Caramel Hazelnut Damnation Cake
to feel Like a Superhero.
From the outside it doesn't look that fancy I will admit.
But isn't it what's on the inside that matters.
It was for Jason's 35th birthday.
What's on the inside you ask?
Starting from the bottom
Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake with a Hazelnut crust
Hazelnut Chocolate Caramel Ganache
Chocolate Caramel Mousse
Chocolate Fudge Cake
Chocolate Caramel Ganache
On the sides Hazelnut Praline
On the plate Homemade Caramel Sauce
It turned out amazing. Despite never having made a cheesecake or a caramel sauce or a mousse or a praline....well you get the point. I had made a cake before.
Amberly especially loved the caramel sauce.

That sounds like it was a big undertaking. It looks really good and sounds incredible.
Wow, that sounds amazing, and it better be after slaving away for 3 days. I always feel so good when i make something like that. THank you for your comment on your post about thinking about us. I am really lucky to have such great friends at this time. I love you!
